SHAH ALAM, Dec 20 — The Selangor Zakat Board (LZS) collected RM791 million in tithes from January to November this year from 328,000 individual payers and corporate companies.

IPOH, Oct 9 — The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah today received business tithes or zakat payments amounting to RM16.86 million from 11 corporate firms on behalf of the Perak Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk) at Istana Changkat Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur.
